Bay Festival cancelled

The Isle of Man Bay Festival has been cancelled.
Organisers have confirmed the news in the last 10 minutes.
People should write to IOM Bay Festival LTD, PO 1234, Peel, Isle of Man, IM99 9YA for refunds.
A further announcement will be made later today about how it affects the Elton John concert which is due to use the same marquee the previous day.
