Unlocked van targeted by thieves

Thieves have taken cash and a number of other items from a transit van parked in Douglas.
The white van was parked at the side of Sam Webbs on Friday afternoon when the items were taken.
Those responsible took advantage of the vehicle being left unlocked.
Police say this type of crime is rare, and urge motorists to lock their vehicles.
