Mr Richards' body was discovered by Ramsey swingbridge
An inquest into the death of a Ramsey man who drowned will continue this morning.
26 year old Kenneth Richards was found in Ramsey harbour in November.
An earlier hearing revealed he was intoxicated at the time of entering the water.
Coroner of Inquests Alistair Montgomerie will hear move evidence on the death at Douglas Courthouse.
