Steam Packet has new owners

The Steam Packet now has new owners.
It's been refinanced by a banking group led by Portugese Bank, Banco Espirito Santo.
The shares that were held by Macquarie and the Australian pensions funds have been transferred to a company called Sealion (Isle of Man) which is a limited company owned by the Steam Packet's banks.
A statement from the company claims the refinancing provides a long-term committment from the new owners.
