Chairman hopes laboratory plans develop quickly

The Chairman of Sea Breezes Publication hopes the company's plans to redevelop the Port Erin Marine Laboratory will begin taking shape quickly.
Hamish Ross says Sea Breezes needs to finalise a legal agreement with the Department of Infrastructure before going to planning, but hopes the project will move swiftly.
Plans for the site include redeveloping the existing buildings to include a 12 bed hotel, cafe and offices.
