Evening opening hours trial for library

Henry Bloom Noble Library
The Henry Bloom Noble Library is to begin opening later.
Douglas Council has announced a six month trial period of late-night opening.
The library, based on Victoria Street in Douglas, will be open until 7.30 on Thursday evenings, but close at 4.00pm on Saturdays.
The changes come in to force from April 7th.
