Councillor McNicholl to be Mayor for 4th time

Councillor Ritchie McNicholl is to be the Mayor of Douglas for a fourth time.
At a special private meeting of Douglas Council, Councillor McNicholl was selected.
The appointment is set to be confirmed at the Annual Council Meeting on May 11th.
Councillor McNicholl has been Mayor of the town for the past year, and completed consecutive terms between 2003 and 2005.
