A Douglas man has been given a suspended prison sentence after being convicted of causing death by dangerous driving

 

Stephen Darren Callow appeared in court for sentence this morning.

 

He'd had previously been found guilty of causing the death of motorcyclist Mark Penketh following a crash at Ballaquayle Road in Douglas in September 2009.

 

Callow was also banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £2,000 court costs.
