An MHK wants a consultation over plans to relocate a doctor's surgery in Kirk Michael to be started again from scratch.
The local commissioners are currently asking people whether they think it's a good idea to use a section of the local primary school for a satelite service for the Ramsey GPs.
Politcian David Cannan is unhappy the voting forms state that the current premises at Cannan Court are unsuitable, as he doesn't believe this is the case.
He thinks the whole voting system is flawed..[play clip]
