Care home re-opens after norovirus outbreak

A care home in the south of the Island has re-opened following on outbreak of the winter vomiting virus.
Southlands in Port St Mary had been closed for 13 days to minimise the spread of norovirus.
The facility was able to open again on Friday.
The Department of Social Care has praised staff at Southlands for their work during the closure.
