Body found on Port St Mary beach

An investigation's underway after a man's body was found on a beach in the south of the Island.
A member of the public made the discovery at Perwick Bay in Port St Mary at 11am yesterday.
Police say they attended the scene and the body was removed to Noble's Hospital.
Officers say the death is unexplained but they're not treating it as suspicious.
The name or age of the dead man hasn't been released and police says they're unable to give any further information until the next of kin have been notified.
