Preliminary report into Manx2 crash published

The Air Accident Investigation Unit in Ireland has published its preliminary report into the Cork air crash.
The eight page document details the three attempts made to land the Manx2 plane in thick fog at Cork airport in February.
It doesn't attribute any blame or give a cause for the crash which left six people dead.
The full report is due to take several months to complete.
