Report into Manx2 crash due this week

The initial report into the fatal Manx2 airplane crash is to be published this week.
The Air Accident Investigation Unit will release its preliminary report on Wednesday.
Six people were killed when the Manx2 plane crashed at Cork Airport in heavy fog last month.
The final report will take several months
