Police to work with primary schools
Publication Date: Tue, 01 Mar 2011 07:48
The police are to work with the Island's primary schools so that children don't see speaking to the police as a big deal.
An officer will be assigned to each of the 35 primary schools on the Island.
They'll tackle age appropriate subjects such as personal safety, drug awareness and social behaviour.
The program has been put together by the police and the Department of Education and Children.
