A new unit to improve care for those with Kidney problems is to be set up in Ramsey.
The Department of Health has announced plans to set up a Renal Dialysis Satellite Unit in Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital.
Around 1200 patients per year require dialysis treatment on the Island.
