Pedestrian in hospital following collision with scooter

A 63 year old has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision in the south of the Island last night.
The pedestrian was struck by a blue coloured scooter on Victoria Road in Castletown, near the Sidings.
The scooter was being ridden by a 48 year old from the south, when the collision happened at around 7.40.
Police would like to speak to anyone with information on this incident.
