Union rep says all companies need to offer pay incentives

A union spokesman says bonuses and pay rises are vital to the success of a company.
Terry Pullinger, the Assistant Secretary of the Communication Workers Union on the Island, believes pay incentives help motivate staff.
The CWU is currently involved in a dispute with the Isle of Man Post Office over pay.
