Health chiefs publish 10 year plan

The Department of Health has published its plans for the next ten years.
The document went out to public consultation in 2009, after being approved by the Council of Ministers.
Health chiefs say finance will affect the Department, but that it's not the main factor for change.
The strategy focuses on preventing illness and promoting healthy lifestyles.
