Peel police apply for new headquarters

The Dept of Home Affairs is to make an application to convert the Peel Medical Centre into a new modern Police station.
The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team is currently based at the former courthouse on the corner of Derby Rd, but as the building will be empty from March this year, the force are to apply for a change of use.
If granted the new accmmodation would allow a multi agency approach to policing
