Chief Exec reacts to job losses and criticism

The Chief Exec of the Dept of Community, Culture and Leisure has reacted to a statement by union bosses that he didn't handle the prospect of job cuts very well.

Nick Black has revealed that his Dept needs to make savings that equate to 11 employees salaries.
