Richmond Hill defects to be raised in HoK

Further details about the Richmond Hill improvement scheme could be heard when the House of Keys sits later.
North Douglas MHK John Houghton will ask Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne to make a statement regarding the defects which made the new road surface dangerous to bikers.
The road was shut for much of the weekend whilst remedial works were carried out.
Despite the problems, the Mr Gawne insists the scheme was completed on budget
