The Operations Director of the RNLI has written to Peel Lifeboat Station to congratulate them following a rescue in October.
The crew towed the yacht "Windswept" to Peel in gale force nine winds
The yacht, and its four crew were on passag from Scotland to Wales when it suffered an engine and sterring failure
