The Chief Minister is hoping the Island's public servants support the latest proposals for a new pensions scheme.
The Government Unified Scheme would replace 15 of the existing schemes for public sector workers.
The proposals, which have just gone out to public consultation, have been compiled with help from union representatives.
If approved by Tynwald, the new scheme would be introduced in April next year.
