Field swap would secure school's future, says Minister

The Education and Children Minister says he wants to ensure future development of Michael Primary School remains possible.
Eddie Teare is in favour of a land swap between his Department and property developers Dandara.
The plans would see the current playing field at Douglas Road Corner exchanged for a larger field nearby.
The local Commissioners also support the idea, but Michael MHK David Cannan, many residents in the area and TT fans who view the races from Douglas Road Corner are against the move.
