New Home Affairs chief named

A new Chief Executive Officer has been appointed to the Department of Home Affairs.
Mark Kelly will take up the role towards the end of February.
Mr Kelly is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Department of Economic Development.
He replaces Will Greenhow, who became the Island's Chief Secretary at the start of the year.
