Minister praises youth cafe on anniversary

The Island's youth cafe has been praised on its first anniversary.
Education and Children Minister Eddie Teare says Cafe Laare on Lord Street is a pointer to the future.
He also stated that the facility is now an integral part of the youth service within Douglas.
The cafe is used by over 13s during the day time, and also plays host to a number of community groups and projects
