The Jury were delayed from entering Court today while a number of legal matters were dealt with by Deemster Turner
The prosecution requested a change to 2 of the indictments in order to use more modern acts of law, which were agreed by the Deemster.
Miss Holt appeared in the dock and pleaded not guilty to the substitute indictments.
Miss Holt is charged with 4 offences relating to the theft of £400,000 from the hermitage trust by Mr & Mrs Trevor Baines.
The millionaire couple pleaded guilty to the theft and will be sentenced at the end of the trial.
Miss Holt denies all charges and the trial continues
