The Minister in charge of the Island's buses has been explaining how decisions were made when buses were struggling to get to schools on the last day of term before Christmas.
David Cretney says the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure worked closely with the Department of Education and Children when snow showers made transport difficult on December 17th.
