Minister praises workers for efforts during snow

The Infrastructure Minister has been defending his staff's performances during the period of snow in December.
Phil Gawne says workers spread around 200 tonnes of salt per day, covering over 9000 miles of road.
He says the public's expectations will always exceed the resources available.
