Works to begin at junction

Improvement works at a junction on a busy Douglas road will begin later today.
It's hoped visibility at Cedar Walk will be increased as a result of the scheme.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place on Johnny Watterson's Lane during working hours.
The works are expected to continue until 25th February
