A Ramsey pharmacist is concerned people could be experiencing problems when contacting the Manx Emergency Doctor's Service.

Town Commissioner Leonard Singer says sometimes it's hard for people to get through on the telephone.

He's approached the Department of Health about putting a telephone queuing system.

However, staff there are concerning this would annoy people and want to carry out a survey to see if it's needed.

Mr Singer doesn't agree with this.
