Prison and probation services to merge

Isle of Man Prison

The Isle of Man's Prison and Probation services are to merge.

The new joint agency is tasked with reducing repeat offending and improving outcomes for victims and offenders.

The combined service will begin in April and is being led by prison governor Alison Gomme.
