Report on facilities for young people published

Proposals to impove facilities for young people on the Island have been announced.
A Government report has listed nineteen recommendations to provide more those aged 14 to 23.
It follows a public consultation, in which people suggested there should be somewhere for young musicians to practice and a facility like Summerland.
