Manx umpire selected for ICC Europe's elite panel

A Manx cricket umpire has been selected to serve on ICC Europe's Elite Panel.
David Kenworthy joins the 14-man panel next year.
The appointment means he'll be eligible to umpire at the European Division One Championship, as well as a number of other top cricket competitions in Europe.
