Energy efficient buildings to be encouraged

New laws encouraging energy efficient homes to be built on the Island are being proposed.
The Department of Infrastructure wants to introduce building regulations which will increase efficiency in buildings.
It's hoped such measures would reduce the cost of living by lowering fuel usage.
Currently, over 95% of the Island's energy is imported.
The controls would need to be approved by Tynwald before being brought in
