Travel still disrupted by snow

The Mountain Road in similar conditions earlier this year
Bus services are still being affected by the road conditions.
Many of the services that have resumed are running a reduced route.
Some roads across the Island remain closed, and temperatures as low as minus nine have left roads icy again this morning.
