Lower VAT rate to remain for building repairs

A reduced VAT rate for building repairs is to continue on the Island.
The Treasury has confirmed the 5% rate will continue for repair and refurbishment of domestic property.
It had been due to rise at the end of the year.
It's hoped this move will help the local building trade
