Chief Minister urges Island to back Cavendish

The Chief Minister is calling on the Manx public to vote for Mark Cavendish in the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year.
The Laxey cyclist is shortlisted for the award for the second year in a row, finishing 4th last year.
Tony Brown is urging Cav's supporters to vote on Sunday.
Golfer Graeme McDowell, boxer David Haye and heptathlete Jessica Ennis are amongst the other sports stars nominated for the award.
