The Isle of Man hosts the British-Irish Council Summit today.
The Council was set up following the Good Friday agreement, and was previously held on the Island in 2005.
Politicians from the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man will meet at the summit.
Digital inclusion and the global economy are the main issues to be looked at.
