End of life care to be reviewed

The Dept of health and Macmillan Cancer support have joined forces to try and improve end of life care on the Island.

The 2yr project will see patients, carers and health professionals come together to agree on a strategy to improving end of life care for patients suffering from a number of life limiting conditions.
