DoI workforce "not milking the system"

The Department of Infrastructure says its employees aren't milking the system.
Comments claiming the Department's workforce were inflexible were made in the local press last month.
The DoI says its employees deliver quality work on a daily basis.
Minister Phil Gawne particularly praised the workforce's efforts during the recent period of wintry weather.
However, he says there are areas that the Department can improve upon.
