Ramsey harbour inquest to open

The inquest into the death of a man found dead in Ramsey will open this morning.
26 year old Kenneth Richards was found near Ramsey swing bridge last week.
Coroner of Inquests, Alistair Montgomerie, will open and adjourn the proceedings at Douglas Courthouse.
