Ramsey body named

A man who was found dead in Ramsey yesterday has been named as 26yr old Kenny Richards.
His body was found in Ramsey Harbour just before 8am yesterday morning after an intensive Police and coastguard search
Tributes have been paid on social networking sites for a fun loving person who will be sorely missed.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, the coroner of inquests has been informed.
