Bill preparation to be scrutinsed

The Committee set up to look at the Criminal Justice Bill will examine the way the legislation was prepared.
The Department of Home Affairs put together the wide reaching Bill, which covers many areas.
A three MHK Committee was appointed in the House of Keys this week, to look into the Bill before it is brought in.
Quintin Gill is on the Committee, and says the Department's notes on the Bill need to be examined.
