Teen charged with drink driving

A 17 yr old has been charged with drink driving after being stopped by Police in Strang.

Thulasizwe Nhlanhla Mtshali was found to be over the prescribed legal limit and appeared in court yesterday in Douglas.

The teenager is believed to be South African.
