Section of TT course flooded

The emergency services have decided to keep the A3 open, despite flooding in the area.
A short time ago it was announced that the road would be closed for around four hours.
However, it's now been decided that traffic will pass the flooded section through a single lane.
Motorists are urged to be cautious if in the area between Douglas Road Corner and Ballaugh Bridge.
