Noble's consultant faces deception charge

A Consultant from Noble's Hospital has been remanded in Custody after being charged under the 1981 theft act.
Dr Dirk Hoehmann was charged with gaining a pecuniary advantage by deception, the total amount of the deception was over 736,000.
The Dept of health has confirmed to patients that the charge does not relate to a clinical issue and that patient care was never at risk
