The former Transport Minister has been providing an update on the court case surrounding the Langness enquiry.
The High Court is dealing with the matter, after landowners objected to public rights of way being mapped on their land.
The landowners include Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson, and Castletown Golf Links boss Graham Ferguson-Lacey.
The first hearing took place last month, and the case is back in the courts at the end of this month.
David Anderson was the Minister responsible for footpaths during the enquiry, and gave details of another legal challenge surrounding the matter [play clip]
