Police urge public to attend "organised" fireworks displays

The head of the Eastern neighbourhood Policing team is urging people to attend organised fireworks displays tonight, instead of purchasing there own.
Inspector Helen Mason has told Energy FM news that if fireworks aren't handled properly, serious accidents can happen and people can get hurt.
She's urging our listeners to go to one of the arranged events and enjoy a free nights entertainment.
