12 arrests after major Police investigation

12 people have been arrested after a police investigation into money laundering and drug related offences.
 
Operation increment saw a number of agencies from across the Island working together to crack down on a criminal gang.
 
8 people have now been charged and will appear in court.
 
Detective Inspector John Scarffe from the financial crime unit said that the operation was about keeping the community safe and reducing the harm caused by criminals.
